Once a week Andrew offers a special 30 min practice which includes a short lecture or spiritual concept to reflect on, followed by a breath control practice that leads into meditation. In yoga, breath control is the precursor to experiencing the meditative state. New students are encouraged to work with Andrew one on one to understand the proper techniques and to understand what level they are at when it comes to breathing.
